Duties and ResponsibilitiesThese activities include but are not limited to: Production, Logistics, Warehouse, Accounting, Purchasing, Employee recruitment and Training, Facilities Safety, and maintain a comfortable working environment, etc.Presents the regular reports to the surpervisor.Responsible for document file management of the company, and submit them to headquarter for review and backup.Monitor and control expenses and reduce the company's operation cost if possible.Trouble shooting according to customer feedback for ultrasound products.Performs maintenance and repairs for ultrasound products according to training.Answer calls and emails from customers and respond accordingly.Provide professional technique support to customers, eg. product-related questions.Keep records of product repairs, customer calls and follow-ups.
Qualifications3+ years management or service experience
May be required overtime when necessary.BenefitsCompetitive salaries
